The first thing I heard were the cries of the babies..they are soooo cute! So tiny! With their black heads and small eyes looking at us while the mothers tried to keep them close to their bodies. One particular baby was determined to try and get off the mother, but she kept pulling him back to her hahaha so funny to watch. We spent quite a while there throwing food at them which they happily gobbled up. Some were brave enough to come a bit close to us . Two of them actually got on hubby's car (one started licking the rear window, have no idea what that was hahaha). There was even a squirrel to join the party! You can tell how much fun me and hubby were having since we totally ignored (or tried to) the millions of mozzies that were feasting on our arms and legs!
I suspect that they came from the jungle that's next to the park which was eaten by forest fires 2 months ago. Poor things probably didn't have anywhere else to go. Hubby and I are definitely going to visit them again !! The feeling of feeding hungry animals like that are, I don't know..self satisfying
On the way home we also tried driving past an area where sometimes there are monkeys there too, and I spotted a big Silvered Langur sitting in a tree with his handsome mohawk. But when we reversed back to the area it was already gone - already moving between the tree tops. Ah well..I hope he's healthy and happy. Such gorgeous animals, those langurs are!!
What a great start to the day
